Pop-Up Market at Martin House

What: Fort Worth Makers will be popping-up during Martin House's April 14 Brewery Tour + Tasting. The pop-up market will take place on the outdoor asphalt where attendees set up lawn chairs and play games while enjoying their drinks. The event is kid and pet friendly. There will be food trucks on site as well.
The makers market is free for children and non-drinking customers, beer tasting is OPTIONAL at $10/person for a pint glass + 3 beers. Martin House averages 600 guests during this three-hour event.
Where: Martin House Brewing Company (220 S. Sylvania Ave.)
When: Saturday, April 14 from 2-5 p.m.
This is a fast and furious event that draws a great crowd! Setup will begin at 12:30, must have all cars unloaded and moved by 1:30. Tear down will begin at 5 p.m.
Who: Local artisans and handcrafted goods only. Must be made locally, by you! Priority given to Fort Worth residents, but all DFW artisans are welcome to apply!
Vendor Cost: $65 for a 10x10 outdoor space ($50 vendor fee to Martin House + $15 to paid social/event marketing). Due within 48 hours of acceptance. Booth payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Martin House is gifting each vendor one pint glass + 3 beers at the event. We will also provide cold bottled water for all vendors.

Event Notes: Martin House's Saturday tastings average 600 visitors in a three-hour period. It will be a short, but crowded event!
Since this is a shorter event, tents are not required, but we do recommend them! There is no shade provided in the outdoors area. You must provide everything you need for a 10x10' setup (tent/tables/chairs/display).
We will be set up on the asphalt patio out back, where customers congregate with their drinks. Directly behind us, there is a large grassy area (by the Trinity River) for pets and lawn chairs, plus outdoor games and food trucks.
No MLM, resell or non-handmade products.
Must provide your own table/tent/display for a 10x10' space.
Must be ready to sell by 1:45 p.m. and may not tear down before 5 p.m. for any reason.
Must pay invoice within 48 hours of acceptance or spot will be forfeited due to waitlists.
The State of Texas requires market vendors to have a sales tax ID in order to pay sales tax on all items sold in Texas. Artists are responsible for collecting sales tax as required by law.

Vendors will be selected based on space availability, quality and originality of products, and online presence. Popular categories will be capped to avoid over saturation and direct competition between vendors.
