Camp Bowie Fall Festival
What: Fort Worth Makers has partnered with Camp Bowie District for a family-friendly (pets, too!) fall festival. In addition to a makers market, the event will include live music, games, local food and wine.
Where: East Sanguinet Park (5100 El Campo Ave.) - Highly visible from Camp Bowie Boulevard!
When: Saturday, November 10 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Who Can Apply: Local artisans and handcrafted goods only. Must be made locally, by you! Priority given to Fort Worth residents, but all DFW artisans are welcome to apply!
Vendor Cost: $65 for a 10x10 outdoor space. Due within 72 hours of acceptance. Booth payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Event Notes: Please note that Camp Bowie District will be providing all food and drinks for on-site consumption. To be a food vendor in the makers market area, your products must be packaged for takeaway.
No MLM, resell or non-handmade products.
Must provide your own tent (with weights), tables and chairs for a 10x10' outdoor space. No electricity provided since this is a daytime event.
Must be ready to sell by 11:00 a.m. and may not tear down before 5 p.m. for any reason.
Must pay invoice within 72 hours of acceptance or spot will be forfeited due to waitlists.
The State of Texas requires market vendors to have a sales tax ID. Artists are responsible for collecting and paying sales tax as required by law.
Deadline to apply is July 25; Acceptance emails will be sent out by August 1.
Vendors will be selected based on space availability, quality and originality of products, as well as online presence. Popular categories may be capped to avoid over saturation and direct competition between vendors.
