Camp Bowie Fall Festival

What: Fort Worth Makers has partnered with Camp Bowie District for our second annual fall festival. In addition to a makers market, the event will include live music, games, a fall photo booth, plus local food and drinks. Click here to view photos from our 2018 fall fest!
Where: East Sanguinet Park (5100 El Campo Ave.) - Highly visible from Camp Bowie Boulevard!
When: Saturday, November 2 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Who Can Apply: Local artisans and handcrafted goods only. Must be made locally, by you! Priority given to Fort Worth residents, but all DFW artisans are welcome to apply!
Vendor Cost: $85 for a 10x10 outdoor space. Booth payments are due within one week of acceptance, and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Event Notes: Please note that Camp Bowie District will be providing all food and drinks for on-site consumption. To be a food vendor in the makers market area, your products must be packaged for takeaway.
No MLM, resell or non-handmade products.
Must provide your own tent (with weights), tables and chairs for a 10x10' outdoor space. No electricity provided since this is a daytime event.
Must be ready to sell by 11:00 a.m. and may not tear down before 5 p.m. for any reason.
Must pay invoice within one week of acceptance or spot will be forfeited due to waitlists.
The State of Texas requires market vendors to have a sales tax ID. Artists are responsible for collecting and paying sales tax as required by law.

Applications closed on July 29, 2019. Acceptance emails will be sent out in early August.
Vendors will be selected based on space availability, quality and originality of products, as well as online presence. Popular categories will be capped to avoid over saturation and direct competition between vendors.
